At Old Forest Ayurved, we offer a 7 to 30-day return policy, meaning you may request a return between the 7th and 30th day after receiving your item.
To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, customers may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must still be unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase included.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
