However, due to the sensitive and consumable nature of Ayurvedic products, we follow a strict return policy as outlined below:

✅ Return Eligibility:

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, leaked, expired, or the wrong item was delivered.
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Product is in its original packaging, unused, and unopened.

📸 Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be shared to process the return request.

❌ Non-returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and product safety concerns, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

If the product has been opened, used, or the seal is broken.
Products purchased under discounts, offers, or sales.
Herbal/consumable items, unless damaged or wrongly delivered.

🔁 Replacement & Exchange:

Exchange and replcement time - 03 to 05 working days.

In case of a valid return reason, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the product.

💸 Refund Policy:

Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
